My name is Iveta Rēdliha
My professional approach is based on empathy, respectful attitude and creating a safe, supportive environment where a person can feel heard, accepted and understood. I believe that psychological help is an opportunity to better understand oneself, one's emotions, relationship patterns and needs, creating a more conscious and fulfilling life.
My path in psychology is purposeful and enriched by life experiences. Living and working in different countries, as well as contact with different cultures and people's experiences, have broadened my perspective on human psychological diversity and given me a broader understanding of how differently people experience changes, relationships and personal challenges. This helps me to look at each person individually, with respect and without judgment. I believe that each person's life story is unique, therefore, in psychological work, it is important for me to see not only difficulties, but also a person's strengths, resources and growth opportunities.
In my work, I will rely on professional knowledge and continuous improvement. I regularly update my qualifications by participating in professional trainings and seminars. I have mastered the EMDR psychotherapy method level 1, as well as being trained in working with LKPT, ASEBA and MoCA psychological assessment methods.
My life and professional experience has given me the confidence that psychological help is based not only on knowledge and methods, but also on the ability to be present, listen and build trusting relationships. Therefore, in my work I try to combine professional competence with human understanding, sensitivity and a respectful attitude towards the unique life story of each person.
