My name is Iveta Rēdliha

My professional approach is based on empathy, respectful attitude and creating a safe, supportive environment where a person can feel heard, accepted and understood. I believe that psychological help is an opportunity to better understand oneself, one's emotions, relationship patterns and needs, creating a more conscious and fulfilling life.

My path in psychology has been purposeful and enriched by life experience.  I have lived in several countries and have become acquainted with different cultures, people's experiences and worldviews, which have significantly expanded my understanding of human psychological diversity. This experience helps me to look at people multidimensionally — with understanding, warmth and without judgment.

Writing and an interest in the inner world of a person have always been an important part of my personal and professional growth. Before entering the field of clinical psychology, I worked in counseling practice for more than ten years, learning various approaches in the areas of emotional well-being, stress regulation and personal growth, which have significantly enriched my perspective on people and their experiences.

I regularly improve my professional knowledge by participating in courses, seminars and trainings. I have mastered EMDR level 1, as well as being certified in the use of the LKPT, Achenbach and MoCA tests. In my work, I highly value professional development, an ethical approach and continuous learning in order to provide clients with high-quality and modern psychological assistance.
